I paid way too much money for a family owned gym for 12 years, then saw the light to leave. Crunch is bigger, better and much cheaper for more space and better equipment! Highly recommend, Love My New Gym!!👊💪

Signing up for a Crunch Fitness membership is a scam, I don’t live in the state anymore AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING MY MONEY. On top of that that are asking me for UNREASONABLE THINGS! I was told to write a letter I did that, now they “never received my letter” and came up with a list of things I could use as proof. I feel like they come up with things as they go. My friend Asatta is experiencing a hard time cancelling her membership even though she no longer lives in state. She has been given the run around about cancelling it and constantly told different things. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Their previous policies have stated “YOU MUST COME IN TO SIGN MEMBER CANCELLATION PAPERWORK” I know this because I’ve been paying this membership for over two years, and upon calling to cancel was told the above... NOW, I’m allowed to walk in, stand at the front desk, give all of my information to the receptionist, only to be told that I have to mail a CERTIFIED letter stating I want to cancel in order to KEEP TRAFFIC OUT OF THE GYM. Hi Jenna- As we all work to navigate the new protocols, we are eliminating as much paperwork being filled out at the front desks. Because of this, we've opted to follow our contract by requiring cancellations to be mailed in. Hopefully, we along with all businesses can soon return to normal practices.

I tried to cancel my gym membership because I don’t feel comfortable being at the gym since it is the number 1 place to contract Covid 19. I was told that I can send a letter in to cancel but will still have to pay until January. I guess a pandemic makes no difference and just like everybody else they only care about the money. Way to go Crunch.
