The greatest gym in Columbia! The staff are top notch. Eric Carr enrolled me with a great deal and has been handling this unexpected pandemic very professionally which is comforting, and always willing to help out with anything you need. Family atmosphere between the staff and members. I look forward to going everyday, definitely a place of healing. highly recommended.
It’s dirty, customers do not clean the equipment after use and as a result of this I no longer felt safe returning. I called and explained my concerns and they told me to just place my concerns in writing and they would cancel my membership. I did this and they’re still charging my credit card.
Best fitness center to workout hands down! The best part of my day is being greeted by the professional staff when I arrive. I feel like family when I am there as everyone is friendly, helpful and positive. No reason to worry about COVID as staff is constantly wiping down machines and cleaning. I know my health and others’ well being is their top priority. Stop in and check it out and you will see why I love it there!
the people that work the service desk are rude and unfriendly.
What a NIGHTMARE!!! We moved out of state a YEAR AGO! I have tried to cancel on multiple occasions. We are STILL trying to get the issue resolved. I have been paying a membership I can't even use. Sadly, as you talk to multiple people who are "working to get your issue resolved", it is a revolving door of employees saying there is no documentation of cancellation. My advice to you is to continue to keep a paper trail, phone records, emails, etc. Keep a binder... ha That's what I did. ;-) I hope no one has to deal with this!
