Been going here since it opened and I LOVE IT it's the best gym in the bronx. Staff is amazing and I love the atmosphere

Skip the personal training! He must have over stretched a muscle in my shoulder, cuz i couldn't lift my arm for about 3 weeks after my first consultation with him.
Great gym great customer service would definitely recommend this gym to all my friends
