Out of all the gyms I've been a member of, I can honestly say that Crunch is one of the best. The staff, trainers, and instructors are not just respectful and kind, but they are very encouraging and supportive. I have never loved working out more than I do now. I am a certified gymrat. Thank you Crunch!
I like the Norwood location, love the early morning classes on Tuesdays and Thursday. I wish they'd offer earlier classes on Sunday's, Monday's and Wednesday's as well. I'm not fond of the personal Trainin area being dead smack in the middle, but other than that, it's a cool, clean and friendly environment!

I was a member of Crunch a few months ago at the hub but because of an experience with a rude staff member I cancelled my membership. I was impressed by the Crunch but if I ever join again I would do it at Norwood. They offer more classes and the staff is more pleasant.
