This gym is awesome!!! The trainers are great, no judgment what so ever. I would never go to another gym. All of the other gyms can claim that whatever they want but Crunch Norwood is true to their word.
Love the staff. Very friendly and helpful team. Good equipment. Good music. Ray is the Man.
Never overcrowded. Rope machine, crunch machine, have improved my body in a week. Boxing bags r dope. Workout room so I have space to do stretches.
