I was considering joining this gym. Went here today to take a second look around. The desk staff was horrible...no salesmanship skills. I felt more like a criminal then someone welcomed to join the gym. Horrible vibe. First visit wasn't much better. Now i have to start my seach all over again.
I love this place; the gym, staff, classes, everything is awesome 😍.
Pretty much hated this place. The staff and owners are rude. Some of the front desk people are uncaring and unprofessional and some do not speak English nor do they understand. I complained of the rudeness several times wanted to speak with manager never got him but I did speak with a clown who told me I didn't have a problem and accused me of lying. The atmosphere and people are nice. Music is great! Location is clean and equipment works!
It'd be nice if you guys posted your Holiday hours on your Facebook page in addition to on a piece of paper taped up inside the elevator. Here I am on the Friday after Thanksgiving at 6:30 a.m. wanting to workout with my girl and you're closed! This is the second time I've encountered a scheduling issue with Crunch. PLEASE make use of your FB page and post updated information (otherwise, why have one to begin with?)! C'mon, guys!
Awesome gym! Great equipment and I love the feeling that it's a family!!!
