Awesome service. No pain whatsoever during my crown procedure.
The staff was professional and caring. They fully informed of the recommended procedures and risks of not performingthem. I was not urged to get unnecessary dental work. I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere.
This was my first visit to your practice, I was very impressed with the overall experience. I will highly recommend your office to my friends and family. My dental hygienist noticed I was experiencing some discomfort with the high pressure tool to remove staining and tartar buildup. So, she switched to the old scraping method which was pain free. After six years of bad experiences with my previous dentist, I am thrilled to say I will have no fears returning to CFD. Thank you.
My experience was this: extreme pain & no dental insurance. I called several dentists in the Charlottesville area, and was unable to get an immediate appointment. I was told to go the the emergency room. I then called Crozet Family Dental, and they gave me 1st appointment the next morning & financing options, along with a prescription to ease my pain. I will most definitely drive the few extra miles for the care I received.
It was visit wonderful and I am very pleased with the care I receivied.
Dr. Taylor has been a great dentist to me for years, now, and his staff are always competent and welcoming.
Very professional, along with being kind and welcoming. Very, very thorough with my teeth cleaning!
