No waiting when I arrived, I was given numbing gel which worked so well, I never felt the shot to fix a rather large filling. Left within 50 minutes from start to finish. Amazing! Megan, Cindy and Dr. Willis are all so professional and very friendly. I will take my whole family there and return soon for a crown! Thank you so much!
Rarely have I had to go to a dentist when I was actually in pain but today was an exception! I have always tried to take care of my teeth and do the things that my dentist has recommended, but since I have had gastric bypass surgery and oral cancer it has been a real collaborative effort between my dentist and I to stay ahead of the cavities and save my once beautiful teeth. I've always been weary of going to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past. I'm thankful to have found Crozet Family Dental. Dr. Willis is a great dentist and the staff is always friendly and very helpful!
Another cleaning with absolutely no pain. CFD is my dentist as long as I am in the area.
My husband and I are new patients and feel very well taken care of. The surroundings are beautiful, the technology is top notch and the people are so friendly. I really appreciate given the phase of treatment presented after our visit. And any payment needed for each procedure against our insurance is clearly noted. We really were impressed and will move the rest of our family to their practice! We give them an A+ for service!

This was my first visit to Crozet Family Dental. I loved the entire appt. I didn't even wait 5 minutes until I was called back. The hygienist was very professional and I really liked her. (Brandi S). Cleaning, exam everything went great! Them Dr. Taylor came in, very professional and friendly! Loved the entire practice, even at check out everyone was very professional and friendly.
I first went to this office because of a dental emergency; they saw me toot sweet and resolved the issue. That's when I thought about coming back to establish an going relationship. What's not to love? Friendly and efficient office and hygienist staff, immediate attention, modern equipment, clean as a whistle, convenient location, parking near the door, email appointment reminders.
