I was impressed from my initial telephone inquiry; by the receptionist,Meg (dental Hygienist) and ultimately by Dr James Willis. I was given viable options in a friendly non-pushy environment. Above all ,the painless, and I mean painless treatment of my dental problem was superb. A word that I have never associated with a dentist before. Our new family dental needs are only going to Crozet Family Dental.
First visit and all went perfect. Everyone very nice and informative.

To begin with, everyone in your office is so personable and has a pleasant way of making me relax regardless of what I need to have done. Dr. Taylor cannot be better in solving my dental probems. A prior dentist told me I have teeth comprable to "horse's teeth." So I am glad this nearly 80 year old horse has found his pasture. Thank you to your staff! Clarence Clayton, Jr.
