This spot is great. It has a great community vibe and a bunch of resources including morning coffee, bike basement, gym and a recreation center. Its also near the subway and people are super friendly
I'm really impressed with the work that they've done to this building. Brand new appliances and wall a/c units are a plus, as well as having a gym on site, outdoor courtyards, and 24-hour front desk coverage. All of the building staff I've encountered have been very friendly, and the building is walking distance from several bus routes and the El.
Great place to live. Clean and new, friendly staff, and excellent amenities with on site gym and laundry room. So valuable to have 24hr front desk to sign for packages. The vending machines are a great touch too!

This is the best apartment building I've ever lived in! Fantastic amenities, clean, affordable, dog-friendly, great location, what more could you ask for??
Loved it since I moved in! Only place we found that allowed any type of dog! Conferences rooms... Gym... Game lounge thank you Croydon!
