For a “Crown Plaza” this place is a nightmare. I’m only giving 2 stars for the front desk staff and the pizza crust alone. The front staff and Olivia at the restaurant were phenomenal. The hotel itself deserves .5 star if that. The pool has no heat. There is no hot tub. My shower last night was so hot I could barely stand in it and tonight it was almost cold. It’s a very old hotel. Kind of a “lipstick on a pig” situation. Checking in the girl was very smug, and didn’t event want to ask about my IHG rewards. Additionally, the floor I stayed on was very loud with people just hanging out and drinking beer in the hallway at 10 o’clock at night. I finally went to lobby and essentially demanded I change rooms. The plumbing in the room was terrible. My shower options were either boiling hot or super hot.
