Rooms are not clean 😑
Room was disheveled, light fixture broken, coffee maker not cleaned, bathroom too small.
For a Crowne Plaza we were not impressed. Disappointed. Hallways were in serious need of a vacuum. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Fridge did not work. Bedside lamp did not work. Despite turning the air down to 60 it still did not cool the room well. Steve at the desk did offer complimentary breakfast when we voiced our concerns but said he could not do much else. Horrible Experience! Coffee maker not working 😭 Elevator stop for the working! Rooms not clean. Hand wash sink top is rotating. I thought we are in African country Hotel!!
There’s no sense that that charge 10 dollars for the open parking lot where they don’t offer any security to the cars. 160 dollars for a night should have a minimum of included parking
