It was old nails in the room, musty rooms, tubs were dirty, old spiders on the curtains, and the elevator is very sketchy. The staff is great. I was VERY disappointed because usually the Marriott, esp crowne plaza, is one of the best places to stay. This place here was disgusting’

For a “Crown Plaza” this place is a nightmare. I’m only giving 2 stars for the front desk staff and the pizza crust alone. The front staff and Olivia at the restaurant were phenomenal. The hotel itself deserves .5 star if that. The pool has no heat. There is no hot tub. My shower last night was so hot I could barely stand in it and tonight it was almost cold. There was no adjusting the temperature of the water. The bathtub faucet turns all the way around. There is geese poop all over the deck. The entrance and elevator smell... read more
