My husband and I had an amazing experience at your beautiful hotel and are so happy to share this with you, The decor was incredible and the room was extremely comfortable and spotless, It included all the amenities we needed. I can’t leave out Chef Dave who prepared remarkable dishes. We were greeted by Paul, the General Manager who made us feel very welcome, A plus was the fact that the hotel was located in the heart of town and convenient to everything, We highly recommend this hotel.
Great location. Horrible hotel. Had to ask for a tan to help cool the room and it didn’t help. It was miserable staying there with the lack of appropriate A/C. They should close for the summer as their A/C can’t deal with the Key West heat. It was miserable. Don’t stay here if you want to be comfortable.
LOVED this hotel so much! From the scent they pump in to the iced fruit water when you return - the bar, the breakfast - the pool - and mostly the staff. They were under immense pressure from a keys widespread power outage and internet and they didn’t skip a beat! They had gift bags and apologized so much albeit it was none of their fault - spectacular service! The location is soooo convenient - you can walk almost anywhere! Can’t wait to come back!
