If you haven’t met Charlie, the assistant manager of the hotel, FIND him!! He’s one of the nicest people you’ve ended met, and he wants to make sure your stay is exactly what you want it to. Diana works hard to make sure things are going right. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Key West, the rooms are what I called “old Hollywood” and these folks want you to have a great getaway!

She answered all of our questions and hooked us up with a golf cart for the day. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Can't wait to come back.

From start to finish everything was just perfection. We couldn’t be happier with the friendly staff, the food by the pool, the pristine location, snd our concierge, Jennifer, whose services made our vacation unforgettable. We will most definitely be back!
