I would highly recommend Crown Village at Elm Ridge, residents seem to be very respectful of each other, girls in the office are quick to respond and get the help you need in a timely manner. I rated it an Excellent place to live if you're looking for an apartment complex.
I love living here. The small details in the apartment send it over the top. Keyless entry, living room nook, curved shower curtain rod, the lighting in the parking lot -- all helped me choose to live here.
I am enjoying my first week. Nice clean apartment. Large living area, kitchen and bedroom. I'm happy.
They have now ruined a second date night with constant equipment failures (gate and keyless entry). Had both of us left the apartment at the same time we would have been locked out. Starting to really regret moving here.
I love the apartment I live in. It's nice and spacious. My only complaint is that I live right next to the elevator and I get zero outside/natural lighting even if I were to open the blinds. The fact that I've lived here going on my third year means that it isn't bad enough for me to move out but the main thing that has kept me here is the staff. Very friendly staff and easy move in process. Love the apartment, gates, and pool area.
Staff is helpful, maintenance is fast! Going on 2 years here and we love it. Will renew again. They actually listen to resident requests also!
