RecommendedI have lived on this property for 3 1/2 years. I can't say enough about how well managed it is. The management team is super responsive, the property is well maintained with nice landscaping and amenities. Very quiet, excellent location to all you would need - schools, hospital, shopping, major expressway, yet feels a bit country. No plans to move anytime soon.
Great place to live. It’s quiet and makes you feel as if your in your own little slice of nature. The staff is very helpful also!

I haven't lived in an apartment in years but chose Crown Village because of the staff and the ownership. It's been a perfect relationship and the staff is so attentive to all the details of the facility and the needs of their residents. Gotta live here if it's a short time or a long time. Thanks team!
Don’t rent the top floor because you will get multiple complaints that are beyond your control!! It is just my ten year old, my wife, and myself and we have been informed that we have had excessive traffic!!! 🤬
By far my favorite apartment complex to live in. The office staff, especially Angelica, were incredibly friendly and the maintenance guys were great. The amenities including the pool and gym were amazing. Highly recommended! I’ll miss living here, but am excited to have a house again!!

Love everything about living here. I have always lived in my own homes and worried about apartment life...this place, its staff, the apartment quality, the grounds, everything is great! I would recommend it to anyone.
