I am a new resident as of December, 2017. I am loving it here. The apartments are large, bright, clean, well maintained, and the staff is superb. We had our Christmas get together last week and I met some other residents and really had a lovely time. I am looking forward to spring and summer when I can spend lots of time at the pool, fire pit, and all of the other wonderful amenities and activities.
We live this community! Super dog friendly, quiet and like a lil wooded get away in the valley!
My wife and I have lived here for almost two years and we love this place. The staff is really nice and cares about their residences. There are always issues with every apartment complex, but this one is different. It will become your home quickly and you will love living here.
Great place to live. Quiet, staff is always friendly and professional. The little parties they throw is the shit. I like free drinks.

Great place to live and very responsive to complaints and maintenance needs. A little wish washy on communication and keeping to policy rules and deadlines. Really enjoy the community parties! They encourage great complex unity!
We have loved living in this complex. We have taken full advantage of all the amentities such as the pickle ball court, the fire pit, the garden, the gym & mostly the Pool! We love the resident events such as the jazz & wine nights in the summer & the Dog Pool Party at the end of the pool season! The staff is sweet & quick to resolve maintenance issues. The grounds are beautifully kept and it almost feels like we are outside of the city, it’s so lush and green. The residents are respectful and help to keep it clean and well tended. The maintenance staff is awesome and the front office is always super friendly. Our apartment is spacious and full of light. An apartment this luxurious feels like it should cost more.
