I went in for a problem that I knew I had and a symptom of another problem that I did not know the nature of. Alyssa Lupo checked me in and asked good questions. After the tech and I went for a road test and were able to pinpoint that issue and Alyssa guided me through the solution in a very understandable way. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the respectful way that both people helped me. Although I expect professional people to work for Suburu, this was over and above and exceeded my expectations.
