I worked with Matt and he was fantastic. Very personable and the overall service is well above what I would get anywhere else.
I must share my personal experience with everyone at Crown Subaru but mostly it was Matthew White in service that has been absolutely wonderful to me. Matt was in the service department when I first leased my 2016 Forester and he is still going strong providing the most excellent service. He is very honest and straightforward with his explanation of things and helps me make the best decisions for myself. I hope to continue being served by him in the future.
Ethan Beckwith was careful to address all of my concerns about my Crosstrek. In a short time, everything was checked and corrected. I was on my way running smoothly! Thanks, Ethan.
Ethan Beckwith is fantastic to work with. Makes things easy each time I go, great communication and always appreciate the great service !
