Crown Subaru continues to deliver good service. Melissa Dalton was my representative during my most recent visit for my Forester's 90-100k maintenance. I actually called a local shop that I take my older car to; Crown's rates were less ;-) I needed to do a night drop off; Melissa communicated the process and kept me informed during the service; they finished up before the expected time allowing a smooth pick up. Service was convenient, relatively prompt, and reasonably priced. I liked the walk around video inspection to go with the checklist - that's a feature I think is worth having for the price.
