Alexis Stafford, was very friendly and helpful in my service write up and schedule. This was my first visit to Crown Subaru and I was very much impressed with the new facility and fast service. I noticed that there were quite a few patrons present also! I highly recommend and will definitely return to Crown Subaru for future service visits! The price for service was also fair.....
I was vey pleased with the service -- the advisor, Alyssa, was friendly, efficient, helpful, and competent. Importantly, the service and repairs were performed in a timely manner.
I recently took my car in for routine oil change. Alexis Stafford was my service advisor, and she did a great job. She was friendly, personable, attentive, communicated with me, and got me the information I needed regarding pricing for another service matter I'll likely address soon. I recommend Crown Subaru for service in Chattanooga, and I recommend Alexis as an excellent service advisor.
Alexis and the crew at crown always take care of me and my vehicle. Been going to Crown since 2022 and have no complaints
