We bought our Crosstrek here and travel 90 minutes to have it serviced. Routine service was prompt, thorough and easy. Lucas Weir explained the process and was friendly and polite. Very satisfying experience.
Lucas Weir was our service specialist at Crown Subaru. He was so polite and noticed that our oil change interval needed to be changed on the Forester to ensure that we got maximum value from our warranty. I really appreciate that he took the time to adjust that and explain to me why he was doing it. Great service, Lucas!
