RecommendedThe inconsistent beeping of a dying battery was driving me CRAZY😬! When we finally figured it was the front gate, I found Crown Doors listed as an authorized dealer for Lift Master. Even with a late evening call they were at my house promptly at 8am and by 9am all sanity has been restored. I contacted Crown at 10AM and by 5:30 the same day they had repaired our garage door that had fallen off the tracks. Our technician Matt was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and provided us exceptional service. The entire team at Crown was professional and helpful. Our garage store was stuck closed the morning of the 4th of July holiday. I called for help just before 8:00 AM. One of the large springs on the door retraction mechanism had broken. The technician arrived before 9:00, and everything was repaired and working fine by 9:45! It was a great service call experience, especially for a holiday!!

Had Mat out this morning to fix automatic garage door, and he was great. He was very professional and truly knew what he was doing. He gave me two options on how to get it fix which showed me it isn't all about money but service. I have used Crown Overdoor twice and if ever I have a problem they will be the one to call. They are on time also they told me 8:30 - 9 am and Mat was there at 8:30. Thank you for such great service and have a wonderful holiday.
