Purchased and have been getting our Genesis serviced at Crown Hyundai. Our recent visit for service revealed that major repairs needed to be done after we had a complaint about the brakes. Clifford Stoufer took care of the vehicle and kept us informed about the work that needed to be done. Clifford advised that the work was covered by Hyundai's great warranty and transportation was arranged for us while the vehicle was being repaired. Crown hyundia is a dealer that cares! Russel Tyson worked very hard to get me into a new hyundia accent at a monthly payment that fit my budget without making me feel like a second class citizen for having one!! Russell made me feel comfortible about getting myself into a car payment again and believe me I did not make it easy for him. Buying my new 2012 Hyundai Veloster at Crown was a really wonderful experience. I had to trade in my Hyundai Genesis Coupe for something more economical and I was pretty depressed and unenthusiastic about it. Paul Haggarty and the rest of the team were sympathetic, yet did their best to help me find a new car I could be just as excited about. I just bought my first new car from Crown Hyundai and, as a sales professional, I know the tactics of the biz. When it comes to car salespeople, there is a stigma that is prevalent in most.
