I did not buy the 2011 Santa Fe Limited from Crown the place I did buy it gave me a better priceBut their service dept is not the best trust me Crown has some awesome service workers I always get my Santa Fe Lmtd back clean and all work had been done satisfactory they go beyond what another dealer will do I tuely happy i went into Crown for service I know my vehicle is in good hands

My wife and I bought a new 2015 Hyundai Elantra on Saturday March 21, 2015. I found the vehicle searching their inventory online and contacted them through their message center. WIthin minutes the message center put me in contact with Justin Hoffman. He verified that the vehicle was in stock and patiently went over the options to make sure we were dealing with the same car before I made the 30 minute drive. Carlos Lima was an excellent salesman. He made the process quick and painless. He is also a really nice guy who cares about people and wants to make them happy. But the part that was not so quick was waiting for a finance guy to be ready for us. They only had one finance man on a Sunday... Crazy... the deal took an hour at most with driving the car and looking at them and making the deal. waiting for the finance man took almost 3 hours. I recently purchased a Sonata from the fine folks at Crown Hyundai. The sales rep that worked with me was Carlisle Reynolds and I must say that it was the first car buying experience I actually enjoyed. He was very informative and knowledgeable without being pushy. I felt like I was an old friend, rather than a target. The entire experience was more than I could ask for.

Dealt with Stephen Bednar at Crown Hyundai and the entire process went smoothly and Stephen was great to deal with. When the car was ready Stephen happened to be off that day but he came in on his own time to walk us through the car and make sure we were happy. This is my second Hyundai and both both Stephen and Crown Hyundai can expect me back again when we are in the market for our next car.
