First Time Honda Owner Daimara Morrill did an excellent job of Customer Service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and organized. This is my first time owning a Honda and visiting this dealership. I had an airbag recall and a software update that needed to be handled and they also offered the free inspection. Before you buy; check Crown I went into Crown Honda just to have a test drive of the Crosstour. I was greeted by Hasan Sehic who took me for a test drive. Hasan answered all my questions and offered me a pretty fair deal. I was still hesitant so they let me take the car overnight to think about it. I returned the next day prepared to return the car and leave. At this point they lowered the price so much that I decided on a new rather than a used car. Happy Honda Owner The service is great. Brooks Falzone our Service Advisor couldn't have been more helpful. We had our 9 year old great neice with us on 07/03/2015 because her summer tennis camp was closed for the Independence Day Holiday. Brooks got her some free snacks and changed to Television Channel in the Waiting Room so see could watch one of the Shows she likes. We didn't ask for any favors, this is just the way he is. When my car was totaled, I checked with Crown Honda's website to see what I could find...signed up for the "email deal of the day." And Justin would email me without being pushy. He was very patient. DP Renee Inman was a great help to me. No one is happy when their car breaks down but I must say that Renee went out of her way to help me get my car fixed and fixed quickly so I could get back on my vacation. I would highly recommend them for service just ask for Renee
Service department is dodgy . We bought our 2013 Odyssey Brand new from This dealership . MY wife took it back for a defective Battery and they told her she needed her rotors resurfaced . This is a two year old caravan we only drive a couple miles to work , We don't Baja Race it, Or Tokyo Drift around St Pete. If they did need resurfaced its because they are defective and they should have covered the cost but they charged her over 400$ for it.
