Crown Honda messed up my oil filter during an oil change and the oil drained from my car in less than a month. They refused to take responsibility and ignored me when I asked for $50 reimbursement on a new oil change after spending >$1000 on their services. They are a crooked company and untrustworthy. ***** and ********** were especially incompetent in trying to resolve my issue.

***** bookkeeping left me totally aggravated and pissed! So I get this letter in the mail saying that I was due a refund $291 from a refund over a vehicle that I bought 2 years ago (2021) and they need to clear out and clean up the books. So they said to sign here and check this box and a refund would be sent within **** bus days. Great Service! Matt was super helpful in explaining what was wrong with my Honda. I have never had anyone actually explain why something was happening. He showed me what they would be working on and the difference it will make. Definitely a repeat customer!
Tire Purchase I needed new tires and wanted my car serviced by a dealer. Peter Pirelli provided excellent customer service and I felt comfortable in their facility while my car being serviced. I will return to do my regular maintenance at their location.
Service Have been dealing with Crown Honda for numerous years...very satisfied. I had my Honda Accord 2012 in this past weekend for service and was very pleased with service department. Jason Imler was very helpful and cordial (have been dealing with him as my service rep) Recommend Crown Honda for sales and service.
