Been going to Crown Ford Service for 9 years now, very professional, excellent service. Gary, Pete, Gavin, all very nice and helpful people. I would highly recommend their service dept. I just wish they had some Saturday hours.

I never have to worry when it comes to getting a new car...I know that I'm calling Donald Bell. He goes above and beyond his service to ensure that you are happy. Perhaps this is why I always come back without considering going to another dealer or company. Donald listens to what the customer wants and he makes it happen. He knows what it's important to me and my family when using a car and he makes sure when it's time to switch to another, these things are there without me asking. Have a 2017 Ford Escape, which I love, and put it in for its first oil change at the Service Dept. They were so helpful and courteous - a pleasure to deal with. Waited for the car and even though they looked so busy it took less time than they anticipated. Thanks so much.

Gary and his crew (Pete, Gavin and all) are the best. Unfortunately I had bought my 2010 Escape at Hassett and relgiously had it serviced there until 08/15. I forgave them twice- Once for tools left under the hood and the Second time when they left the lugnuts loose on a wheel (lost one lug), but when I had an emergency repair (covered under warrenty) I was told I'd have to wait a month (and endanger my wife driving it).
