Having my F150 serviced at Crown for many years now. No Service department anywhere can be perfect but when a mistake is made by a Crown person they fix it. I judge an organization by how they handle problems and adversities that is why I give them the highest rating possible.
I have been dealing with Crown Ford for over 30 years. I would go no place else. They have always been very professional and extremely helpful. The mechanics have always kept all my Fords running like new. I highly recommend them. Thank you Crown Ford for being a great dealership and Service Dept.

Our leasing experience was fantastic from start to finish! Stopped in on Monday and talked with Billy Hyland.....no pressure and very knowledgeable. Set up a test drive for Tuesday for me and my wife. Came in a little early and the car was all set up and ready to go. The Edge was everything we were looking for.
