Just the best and honest, I'm doing business with crown Ford for about 10 years between leases and buying. And every time I need to reaplace a car or truck there is no other dealer to me.
Horrible service department. No quality assurance. Poor business
Just picked up my second lease and never had a negative experience with this dealership. The staff (sales and service ) have always been professional and courteous both on the phone and in person.
Will never buy nor have my car serviced there and Ive purchased 2 new ones there....never again!
Do not buy from them! They cheat and sneak. I was conned into buying a very expensive service package and after paying for 4.5 years, when I finally need service, they will not come through. They will make me wait over a week to even bring the car in and get a rental that I was promised over and over again when I bought the warranty. Unfortunately, they have cheated me out of thousands. Stay away!
The Sales Staff at Crown Ford are awesome, specifically Jasmine!! But my review is also for the wonderful ladies in the accts office! The payoff check for my trade in was mailed to the leasing company as per usual, via FedEx...somehow the package ended up in a dead letter office. FedEx not only failed to return package to Crown Ford, they didn't even bother notifying the staff at Crown Ford. I love the guys at this location ... Peter at the service center met me with a smile the first time I visited here ... after the work was completed he went above and beyond to make sure all that could be done was done ... I come to this location because of the awesome customer service and my car is taken care of for whatever problem I go in for ... Gary took care of me on my second & third visit .. he's doesn't smile much as Peter but he's a real sweetheart Two thumbs up
