GREEDY CROOKS! TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR INSURANCE AUTHORIZATION BEFORE THEY COULD FIX A BROKEN TOOTH THAT HAS ROOT EXPOSED! The Worst experience and I wouldn't recommend the dentist or the staff at their niles location! owner tried to be helpful and compassionate but it just didn't amount to the terrifying experience my daughter had, let alone the disrespectful assistants they had working on my child. I usually go to the location on white Ln and they're ok for the most part but i had to bring my daughter to the niles location due to availability. Crown Dental 2217 Niles Point Bakersfield CA Had to have the dreaded root canal done today 8/23/19 @ 730 am. To my surprise it was the most amazing experience. Dr. Tou (?) was the most awesome caring dentist ever as well as his assistant. They made me so comfortable. I truly recommend Crown Dental to all.
