Trust me look elsewhere This property was previously owned my IRET but when they switched management back in December this place went to crap! We have had a few issues maintenance issues mainly the toilet in the half bath it wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed for about 4 weeks! Their maintenance guy doesn’t work in Rochester so issues took forever to be addressed. We apologize for any confusion you may have had at move out regarding cleaning. You were provided with a detailed cleaning list at least 2 weeks prior, when you asked to stay an additional 10days. Again, it seemed reasonable to ask a resident to call the vendor and delivery service if there is a missing package. We cannot simply give a resident money because a $60 item is reported delivered but cannot be found on a Sunday afternoon. Just be aware!!! The place is nice, neighborhood is nice, but please be aware before you make a decision, we have our dishwasher broken for about 5 weeks now. We have called many times, left many messages, they don't even call back, we have to keep calling.... within 4 weeks the manager said the part hadn't arrived yet, people we all know the worst shipping nowadays takes between 5 to 7 business days, where is this part coming from??? Great Place to Live I have lived at the Crown for 3 years and have never had any issues. The apartment building is kept and the apartments and clean and up to date. I have lived in two different lay outs, both layouts were spacious, had plenty of storage and nice natural light. I rarely ever hear my neighbors. The only down side of the Crown is the parking, specially in the winter. Maintenance request are addressed quickly, which I have only needed to make 1 the whole time I have lived here. Awesome location, Great Neighborhood, Fantastic Management and Maintenance Staff. We have lived at Crown Apartments for well over a year and a half. We love the our apartment and the unique views, spacious kitchen, and bedrooms and it's great location. Any time we have had any type of maintenance concern the maintenance technicians are quick to come to the rescue even after hours, on holidays, and weekends. I love my in unit washer and dryer as well as my large kitchen with pantry. I wouldn't live anywhere else.
