After living in laminate world for 30 plus years I could not be more happy with our beautiful granite countertops! The entire process was professional and efficient from start to finish. The incredible selection of slabs enabled us to pick out what I feel like is a one of a kind piece of art for my kitchen! I used Crowe Custom Countertops to complete a kitichen remodel to help sell our house. The seleciton of quality granite was impressive as was the professionalism of the salesperson. Can't wait to have them to do my kitchen in my new home.
We had black pearl leathered countertops installed in our kitchen. Th process went remarkably smooth and quick. We chose the black pearl slab and it was sent out to be leathered. It took one day for templating and one day for installation. The seam is nearly invisible and all of the pieces obviously came from the same slab. They fogot to leave the cut out for the sink, but have told me I can stop by and pick it up. We will definitely be recommending crowe custom countertops!
I'm in N.E. AL; 3.5 years ago, we had Santa Cecelia Classic granite countertops and a sink installed in our kitchen. It still looks great!! Y'all did an excellent job! The customer service department was so nice and very accommodating!!! Our order was customized perfectly!!!
They boast "Free Firepit With Every Kitchen". They lie and the boss doesn't have the guts to talk to you about it. Promises to return your call but doesn't have the guts to. I love my granite but wouldn't recommend a business with no integrity. It's been 2 months and still don't have my firepit as promised.
Their sink stated that it would come with strainers. I bought a double sink, but the workers only left one. As they were leaving, I pointed that out and asked for my second one for the other side, but they would not give me one. A $3,800 job and I have to go buy a $10. strainer?
