From start to finish, Crowe Custom Countertops were the best! Priced very competitively, their selection of granite is phenomenal. My contractor said he felt "like a kid in a candy store" when he accompanied me to select my slab. The sales rep, Jacqui, knows granite--she showed me hundreds of slabs, each more beautiful than the last one. Their template guy was also very professional & knowledgable. And the installers! I never really review, especially negative ones but I am so disappointed at how many issues and miscommunications we had throughout this process. The ladies in the office have been so sweet and helped with what they could but we have seriously had one issue after the other. We could never get straight answers, we couldn't get our salesman to call us back for a few days to answer questions. We were told two different things about or sink for the template. Very happy with our countertops. I visited the warehouse a couple times to decide on the slab and everyone there was so helpful. Ordering was very easy and they were able to accommodate the install into my schedule.
Best price around for beautiful granite counter tops. I had 40 Sq ft of Bella White installed in my kitchen and I love it. I had several special requests and they were able to accommodate them all. Great customer service in office and the installers went above and beyond my expectations. I renovate houses for a living and will definitely be using for all my future projects.
