Many thanks to Dr Jon, Dr Kylie, and staff for all of the wonderful care they gave to my sweet dog, Odie. He had a few serious medical issues and they always went above and beyond to help him feel better and to keep him comfortable. They were always kind and compassionate, even when we were there after hours. After Odie passed away in October, Dr Jon and the staff sent us a card with a angel dog pin. Such a caring office! Thanks again for everything you did for Odie.

Many thanks to the entire staff at Crow River for their care and compassion when our beloved pooch Bruiser was ill last year. They tried so hard to save him, but we eventually had to say goodbye. The doc met us there after hours, and was so kind and compassionate, which made a tough decision easier. We also had to let our 16 year old kitty leave us a couple of weeks ago, and I experienced that same kindness, even getting a hug from the doc and his tech. I had to bring my little dog in for a emergency visit and Dr. John was very helpful, I felt so bad having to pull him away from his holiday plans but he kept telling me it was ok. He took excellent care of my little Chloe
