RN helping us got pissed off and stormed out of the room slamming the door so hard it opened back up. Have been sat in a triage room for 2 hours with no checkups after going to the desk multiple times asking for someone. Hospital is very unorganized.
Don’t go here. I’ve been here 3 times for three different people, and can honestly say they treat everyone like a cash cow, not a human, especially parking. Sure, there’s some decent employees, but overall, like most hospitals you are a number. They love to change the rules. After driving 14 hours from South Carolina they’re not allowing me in to see my family member because he’s not “technically” on comfort care, after being allowed the day before. Doesn’t even deserve one star.
I was transported here via ambulance twice for the same health problem. The neurology team/an amazing anesthesiologist did everything they could to help me. My local hospital caused a spinal fluid leak which lead to a brain bleed that caused debilitating migraines. 4 months out now, and the same providers that took care of me are still following my case. Thank you, Crouse!
Had out patient surgery yesterday at Crouse. Every staff member I came in contact with was polite, courteous, informative, and professional. They all treated me like I was their only patient. Thank you all
