This place sucks
From the moment I arrived in the ED, all the way beyond discharge, I had a fantastic experience here. Dale in the ED was so kind and expedited my admission because he could tell I was in a lot of pain. He made me feel extremely cared for. All of the HCTs, CT techs, nurses, ultrasound techs, and EVS workers were so kind and patient. The nurses on 6M were wonderful and treated my pain and concerns with kindness and understanding. The security at the emergency room entrance was extremely strict and made me feel like I was entering a prison rather than an ER. I understand the need for security, but the experience could be handled in a more welcoming and respectful way. On the other hand, the staff were excellent—professional, helpful, and caring. I really appreciate the way they treated me.
