I’m giving a neutral review based on our overall experience at Crouse Hospital. The emergency department experience was very concerning. My elderly mother remained there for two days and was only checked on once by a healthcare professional during that time. I understand there are staffing challenges, but the ED environment needs stronger leadership and better coordination to ensure patients are monitored appropriately. New update, my old review follows this, 5th floor surgery unit both times, it seems NOTHING has changed w this dump, last time I attributed crap nurses to post covid,, NO EXCUSE NOW,, ALMOST ALL THE nurses are STILL ignorant, loud and dont care whos sleeping.. Merry the nurses aid was the ONLY one who gave a crap !!!
