My best friend was admitted to your hospital ( 7 Memorial) on Wednesday August 12 and was there, bedridden, with 103° temperarure, on oxygen for 6 days and not 1 nurse, aid or hospital staff even bothered to wipe her down. 6 days with no shower, no sponge bath and only 1 gown change! What type of Mickey Mouse "hospital" are you running? Shame on you! Shame on you all!!!!!!!! Disgusting
my pcp says crouse left nothing undone to find out what was wrong with me and they did it in record time. he was impressed. my care was thorough and professional. nursing staff on 5th floor was so caring. highly recommend
I want to give a special shoutout to PA Michael Sharak for his kindness, attentiveness, and thorough care when I was in the ER recently for viral gastroenteritis. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, kept a close eye on my lab results, and handled everything with professionalism and compassion.
