This place is like a second home to me. The owners and the coaches are so knowledgeable and push you to a level you thought you would never make. After three months I already feel faster, stronger, and I am more active daily. You will never meet a better group of individuals!
I was a drop-in for the 5:30am class. Nice facilities, great coaching by Nate.
This place has such a great supportive community of athletes and the coaches are wonderful people. I am grateful that I found this place - and my 10 year old son loves it too!
Dan and Kristy run an amazing, inviting box. I have only been a member there for about a month, but feel like I've known them for years. The atmosphere is friendly, the other members are engaging, and the instruction and workouts are second to none. Do yourself a favor and drop by Crosswinds and get in the best shape of your life!!!
