RecommendedChallenging workout, great atmosphere. As a member of Orange Theory the difference is clear immediately. Workouts are pretty brutal, but during downtime it's much easier to build a rapport w/ others, so in that aspect it's more laid back. Crossfit is more weightlifting than cardio, so if that's what you're interested in doing, I highly recommend it. 😁

RecommendedI never really used to workout and frankly found it boring. After my daughter decided to try a few sessions at Crosswinds, we spoke with the owner Kristy and were super impressed. This place is awesome! The coaches are ALL great coaches, supportive and believe in you but technically strong. The classes are fun, the members feel like friends from day 1 and it’s an amazing part of our life now.
