RecommendedWalking into Crossfit for the first time can be super intimidating! But the second you walk into Crosswinds you are met with smiling faces from people of all stages of life and fitness. The coaches and entire community are incredibly supportive!
Crosswinds is an amazing community of individuals who continue to encourage each other to reach their fitness goals.
Extremely friendly and nice staff. Still relatively new to CrossFit and the staff came around to make sure I was doing it correct, while also giving me alternatives to moves I couldn’t do. I dropped in for a class and would happily go back again.
My daughter has been loving the Tween crossfit group. She only wishes she could go more often, but due to Hockey and Lacrosse, it just doesn't work! Very happy with Crosswinds
I love to visit Crosswinds Crossfit when I am traveling! It is my home away from home. The coaches and the people are amazing.

A great place to workout! All skill levels welcome. I joined not knowing how to properly lift any weights and now weightlifting days are my favorite days! Fun/hard/challenging workouts scheduled each day with some amazing people and great coaches! I’ve really seen an improvement with how much I can lift and lost 16# of fat along the way so far! Lots of fun challenges to get us pumped up and to help us to keep going.
