Good thing there are no negitve stars. I called the ER for a few quick questions. I was spoken too like a dog by the charge nurse in the ER Jennifer. She accused me of not having insurance bc i would have a PCP if I had insurance. I have a PCP but they are closed. They are really jaded and monsters. All I ask for is steroids, any except scheduled meds. They hung up on me... good thing wasn't a stoke patient!
