My visit yesterday was just great. The hygienst was new to me, and I really liked her, as I do Amy. Her personality was fun. I have always been pleased with my visits to Crosstown......for over 40 years now.
My dental visit was up to it's usual standard of excellence.
I have been a patient of Dr Mork's for quite some time. While going to the dentist is not a favorite thing to do, it's necessary and the staff at Crosstown Family Dental are always accommodating and professional. Our family has been using crosstown dental from the time they first opened. We started well over 50 years ago with the first Dr. Johnson, and continue on with the new Dr. Johnson. Every person in the office is very professional, as well as warm and friendly. When you come in to the office, you are greeted by whoever is at the front desk by name, and with a smile. The staff is so wonderful and attentive to the patient's needs. They are courteous and hospitable. The hygients are gentle, thorough and friendly. Dr. Johnson is very gentle, thorough, competent and very personable. He clearly explains everything to the patient. I would recommend this dental practice to all my friends and family.
