I have been going to Crosstown Dental for years. From Kathy at the front desk; to Judy as my favorite hygienist; to Dr. Mork who is top notch. This is a great team who will take care of you from health... to crisis. Love this place - and that is an incredible thing to say about a dentist office! Awesome people. Awesome care.

I was at Crosstown Family Dental in Richfield for my bi-annual appointment on 8/9/2016. The staff at the desk always greets me by my first name when I arrive and lets me know if I may have to wait at all due to any unforeseen delay(rarely happens). Judy, my dental hygienist, is so good getting me all checked out and keeps me updated on when xrays or other exams are due. My semi-annual checkup was scheduled 6 months ago so the dental office kindly reminded me by email a week or so before the event. It was on my calendar so I remembered well. Who else makes appointments for 12 o'clock? Noontime is the best way to avoid possible conflicts with a meeting or event. The cleaning and exam was done efficiently and I was out of there in about 45 minutes. Thank you very much. Dorothy DeFreese

I just came from my 6 month appointment and wanted to share with people what a great dental office this is. I have been a patient for a number of years and am in the process of moving from the neighborhood but I will so sure be coming back for my dental work to be done at this office. I was a patient of Dr Betterman for years and when he was retiring a person just doesn't know what the new dentist is going to be like. Well Dr. Joe is SUPER.
