Last night was great three chord rodeo was playing and they played all country music it was awesome we danced and danced and had a great time everybody should come out to crossroads saloon and steakhouse foods excellent

The service was excellent and the food was five star. We will be back!!
Our waiter was wonderful. We went to eat here two nights in a row. The staff was the most rude people I have ever encountered for a dinner! The hostess has resting bitch face and was very unpleasant. The manager is top notch worthless. We brought a party of 10 in two nights in a row and $1600 later, we bought 4 bottles of wine that came with free wine glasses and they chased us out of the door. Never visiting this crap hole again!!
Absolutely horrible service. Sheldon was amazing but two nights in a row we were treated with such disrespect it is appalling. Party of 8, we bought 4 bottles of wine and were told the glasses could be taken, we were first checked that they were all empty and later we were chased from the bar accused of stealing. Have never been treated so terribly as a customer.
They were not patron friendly. Would rather not spend my money here.
Our bartender Craig was awesome! The band was extremely good!
It was a nice experience but for my wife and I we felt like the food a had a lot to be desired. To quote my wife "That was the worst $140 meal we have ever had". Hopefully the next time is better. we always give a place with such a good reputation a second chance.
We love Crossroads Saloon & Steakhouse not only do they have delicious food but they have wonderful life music ... they always treat us so great.... I would recommend coming here for any and every occasion
