The food was good. The seared duck was tasty. Chris Boss was the band, and he was fantastic! Bartenders and servers were wonderful. I didn't meet Maggie, sounds like I'm fortunate in that regard :)
We loved the ambience , the waiter was just in time and perfect. The food was scrumptious definitely five star and let's not forget the wine selection is amazing.
Atmosphere is great but food is just ok and over priced
I thought the atmosphere was pleasant while eating and the attached bar next door was nice with the live music. The food, in my opinion is way overpriced and not that great. I have had much better steaks at Texas Roadhouse that was less than half the price of the $43 prime rib eye that I ate last night. The steak was not season well at all and was way under cooked. This is just my opinion, if you must, try it for yourself. I hope that you are not as disappointed in the food as I was.
Love this place. I visit it everytime I go to Fredericksburg! They have some really great bands perform there.
The steak I had was not very flavorful but the mac and cheese is to die for! The Saloon is a good time on Fri or Sat nights.
