They were very polite and made and my son feel important specially Iris, she was extremely polite.
We needed a place to live in a quick-short timeframe and luckily found a place and got in with no problems. We were a little disappointed it took us about a week to get any water and when our hot water heated it took two weeks to fix. But overall it was a good experience and most of the staff was very friendly.

The Jay Kinder Home Selling Team not only met my expectations but exceeded them...by far! Unfortunately I went through a little trial and error before I realized I should have started with Jay and his team. I signed a 1 year contract with another Realtor in town and cancelled after 6 months of unsatisfactory service. I was a number and not a client.
