ok I have not been here that long and so far(hopefully never) had no problems and have not needed to talk to anyone. I did get and house to rent very fast after the paperwork and payments were made happy about that. Thank you.
I have rented from them. I also no several people who use them for property management. If your like us, we needed to find a nice home affordable and a neighborhood our kids could play in. Sundance had the most selection of houses to rent or buy. Yes they have to do a back ground check yes they expect rent on time. Yes you pay a deposit. They also are the best rental agency and the largest in lawton. Front desk persons are very friendly and manager is very helpful and tries to do everything she can to help out. Am very pleased with service and plan to continue to do business with them for a very long time.

Very friendly staff, I did notice that a older lady was yelling yesterday to a older gentleman, I guess she works there, she was very rude and loud. I liked the homes I looked at, but I am not sure if I want to rent, is she going to yell at me if I say something wrong. The front staff are very nice. I will think about this.
