Quick and easy processing. No standing around in lines all day waiting for service. The representatives are prompt and courteous. They get you in and out. No hassles, no confusion, just great service.

Sundance will scam you! I am an owner and they will charge you egregious prices every month for work that wasn t needed or would have costs pennies. I had to contact my renter directly just to make sure renter didn t leave since they were not taking care of them too.
Sundance is full of crooks. We stayed with them for a couple of years, and our service just got worse and worse. The only people who attempt to be helpful are the people at the front desk. I filed a complaint with management about an issue with the maintenance department, and I never heard back from them. Our house had the worst pest problem I ve ever seen, and nothing was done about it. They don t listen, and they don t care. Stay far away from them, it ll be better for you in the long run.
