What a wonderful experience at crossroads family dental. They do make you feel like family and are very professional at the same time. We just moved to the region and finding new doctors is very stressful. We can rest easy that we have found our new dentist.
Everyone was welcoming and professional. They worked well together and made sure I knew what they were doing and why. Very nice office also.
The staff and Dr. Zuccarelli are so accommodating to your needs. They make sure you are comfortable and ready for your procedure.
Recently had a crown put in at the Crossroads Family Dental with their new Crown Machine! That is the way to go! Everything was done in 1 day, no impression required, no return visit needed. The staff was more than friendly and shared all the new technology while I waited for my crown to be made. A must try if you need a crown,
I really enjoy the staff, and love the two Dentists, everyone is very welcoming, cheerful and sociable.
Today I was in for a check up and a cleaning. Val (always upbeat and has suggestions for improving my oral hygiene) was the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth. Included in my exam with her were several soft tissue checks. Dr. Kathy is always friendly and does a check up also, so that as a team they confer on areas that need to be watched, any dental work that needs to be completed, scheduled etc. This is a great Dental Practice. I have been a patient of this practice for many years because of the knowledgeable staff.
Dr. Kathy & her staff are the greatest. They provide excellent dental care with the best expert experience.
It's like visiting with family.
As always my appointment was on time. I didn't have any anxiety because I new I was in good hands with Dr. Nick Berns and I wasn't going to feel any PAIN which is why many peoples blood pressure rise when they sit in the dentist chair. I was there to get measured for my lower 2 teeth implant. To do this correctly he had to cut away some of my gum which was in the way. NO PROBLEM here. Dr. Berns did an excellent job. By the way Dr. Kathy Zuccarelli who partners with Dr. Berns in the same office just as good.
