Called on a Friday after hours and Dr. Berns got back to me quickly. He called in a prescription to help alleviate my tooth pain and made an appointment for me the next business day. He said if I continued to have pain not to hesitate to call him back over the weekend.
I guess going to the dentist is like having your can repaired (no one wants to) but Crossroads made my visit a pleasure. Knowledgeable, caring, willing to spend time explaining options. Thanks
This is by far the best detail office. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable, Dr. Berns is young and easy in the eyes.🤩and Dr. Zuccarelli is very compassionate.

Love this office, the hygienists, staff and dentists are all great.
Called for an appt. for chipped tooth! Got in and not only got in the same day got my tooth fixed the same day!! Did I mention the last day they were open before Christmas break!! I feel this was over and above and really appreciated getting in and getting my tooth repaired. I really thought Dr. Kathy would check out my situation and schedule me when there was an opening!! This is the first time, I've continued to have such a positive experience with a dentist office. Friendly team, Dr. Z is fabulous and really cares about her patients.
