I know that I am not the "best" patient coming in for routine visits - but my family and I are always met with cheerful smiles from the staff. Kathy Z. has been our dentist for 15 years and has provided all of us with amazing dental care. We greatly appreciate her expertise, patience and attention to detail to give us all healthy smiles.
problem with the lower teeth hitting the new crown on the back of the new tooth,, Dr. Burns looked over the biting and corrected the problem,. He was caring and stated if any additional problem came up to not hesitate calling the office
Both dentists at this practice are kind, patient, experienced, and proactive. The level of care and compassion is unbelievable and so important (as someone who has dental issues and frequents the office). My whole family goes to Crossroads even though we live all the way in Carmel. The office is impeccable and the entire staff is friendly and comforting. I highly recommend this office to any and everyone. Two thumbs up!!!
My experience was wonderful. The dentist and staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Zucarelli took time to explain everything in detail and reassured me she was available if my issue got worse! 😃
The service at Crossroads dental is exceptional!!! The staff and Dr. Kathy especially is kind, caring, and takes time to explain the procedure to make the patient feel very comfortable. I have been a patient for over 25 years and would never go any place else.
i have received service at Cross Roads Family Dental for many years. Since I require extensive dental work, often crowns, I have been very pleased. Dr. Zuccarelli is a superb dentist, always providing extensive explanations with the utmost respect and kindness. No dentist I have met can give a painless shot like she can. Her staff is professional, kind, and fun! I highly recommend Crossroads!

I have to say, this practice of Dr. Kathy Zuccarelli, and Nick Berns, along with their dedicated staff is one of the best in our area. Their practice is one of great character and integrity when it comes to patient care. Thank you for keeping this practice and it's legacy going!
