*******update********** The office has already reached out to my concern within an hour which is fantastic ....they are calling me today it was an oversight during these crazy times which I can understand. Hi Michelle, I am glad that we were able to get in contact with you and resolve your issue promptly.
They do not. I repeat do not plow and shovel the way they say they do. Elderly residents are outside in a snow storm having to dig there car out. Why is this included in the rent price if they do not do it? It is almost impossible to get in and out of the complex without getting stuck.. very frustrated.
