This place is a joke! Their way of dealing with any issue is "unfortunately, we can not do anything about it, but we are sorry for the inconvenience". Office is a bunch of kids who does not even know anything because they change every other semester.
The price isn't as bad as people act. Definitely convenient that gas and water is free. Rowan police shouldn't be allowed over here bit whatever. Maintenance does take a while. Staff in the office is great. My apartment isn't in that bad of shape. This place is haunted but that's a good thing
I love my apartment. It's perfect for me and my puppy, has a convenient location where I can stay close with my friends and my school (or even visit the city), and the amenities make it even more worth the price. Anyone who visits my apartment will agree that I have the best setup.
Not really happy with the dryer and washer system. They constantly break and the contractor they have does a poor job with maintenance . The keystones ask the residents to call the company and take care of it even though working washers and dryers are part of the package here at crossings. This is my complaint. I waste money almost on a weekly basis because we simply dont know if they work. Clothes come out wet or not washed. Management really needs to structure this better or not mention to residents that they have working ... read more
Way above fair market pricing... maintenance takes forever with most repairs. . Parking is horrible. . Apartments r nice size.. but u forget that after walkin around broken glass from thurs night till sun... and now that cops patrol for parties & shut them down... crossings is wac..... but luv the pool during the summer... that's about it...
