The maintenance guys there are great... Unfortunately, the property management company running the complex (TMO.com) cares more about adding charges and gaffing the renters as much as possible, without fixing the problems. Where to start... this place is not worth the 1200 dollars a month I pay for rent. I have called the office over and over aging about my problems and it either takes weeks for something to get done or nothing gets done at all. Poison ivy took 5 weeks to be removed... it was on my Balcony and my boyfriend is highly allergic. We couldn’t even open the windows. Plumbing in the bathroom... hot water is a joke and took a month to fix the drain in the tub. Ac leaking and they told me the building is old. Washer broke they told me ... read more
The staff is unprofessional. The apartments are not what they portray. Despite them telling you about the amenities you really do not have access to them because they are only available a certain time of day. When there is an issue in your apartment it is not handled in a timely manner.
The Crossings always has such nice staff working. They are always very friendly when I walked into the office and greeted me with a smile. The crossings staff was always very nice when they gave me a tour and were very knowledgeable with any questions I had. The different apartment layouts were very nice and all of the different apartments had all of the appliances that you’d expect in an apartment. It is in a very convenient spot for students that attend Rowan which definitely is a plus!
