Clean nice place to live. They screwed me over djing for them one time so I'm bitter, but it's a nice place and they have good activities throughout the year. Facilities are best for off campus living in gboro.

This place has given me a second home. I truly love sharing it with my boyfriend and our puppy. It is unlike living in campus housing because I can really make it my own. I love it here!

Great place to live. Now that they allow pets, it's 100x better

Great place to live! The staff is friendly and they respond quickly to maintenance issues. The amenities are nice. The complex is less than a mile from campus so it's a very convenient off-campus living option for Rowan students. The only inconvenience is parking. There are only 10 guest parking spots for the whole complex which are first come first serve daily so having guests over can be difficult sometimes. Other than that, I've enjoyed living here.
