While some of the office staff is friendly, I have experienced complications with Crossings not completing work orders, leaving the apartment a mess when they come in to do work, and giving violation warnings for nothing wrong, just so they can make a quick buck. Much of their maintenance staff is rude and condescending and their living conditions seem barely legal. We even had to look up laws to make sure they were following them. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is so shitty they just want all of your money. Would not recommend to anyone!!
I think its a four out of five, knowing nothing is perfect but its darn close. Good place to live, no trouble, although the parking organization can improve.
