what kind of management company makes their employees work on a NATIONAL FEDERAL HOLIDAY SUCH AS FRIDAY JUNE 19 2026? managers office is open today when all other government offices are closed. since this building is ran by HUD which is a Government office I feel that they should also take the day off. Scott Gardner is so selfish and self- righteous that he don't think anyone deserves the day off.
The property this organization owns at Sheridan Terrace Apartments, needs a massive overhaul, The heating and cooling system is severely antiquated. You can't control if you want heat or ac. Yesterday the internal temperature reached 88.9 degrees. I am here as a live-in aide and my client suffered horribly. I just don't understand in 2026 having a system from 1970s that is always is repair. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I reside in one of this business's buildings, granted it is a low income building, (government subsidized), but the heating and cooling system is extremely out of date. You only get what they choose, either heat or air, right now it is on heat and it is stifling in here because you can't switch over to ac like a normal person. Sheridan Terrace Apts. Tulsa Currently 83 degrees inside apt.WOW DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
